Before joining the firm, Yashwant worked in the litigation wing of a tier-1 Intellectual Property (IP) boutique law firm in New Delhi. He holds experience in standard essential patents (SEPs), quia timet trademark cases, website-blocking copyright and design infringement cases. Utilizing this exposure, Yashwant has earned a Master’s degree in IP and Competition Laws at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Centre (MIPLC, Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition), Germany. Upon completion, he interned at a leading German IP law firm with focus on IP litigation, licensing and prosecution.
